If keys are lost or forgotten, guests will be charged 30euros for the cost of a lock change. If a guest leaves the key inside the lock from the inside and access cannot be gained using a spare key, a locksmith will need to be called. In such cases, the cost of the locksmith service will be the responsibility of the guest. We kindly ask all guests to avoid leaving the key in the interior side of the lock to prevent this situation. *Parking: There are 14 parking spots available for the entire building, on a first-come, first-served basis.
