BitO Heaven Cowboy Side/All Urs/No cleaning fee

(Let me know) My BitO Heaven Cowboy Side*Yours (Pioneer side*Theirs) home is in the small Pioneer town of Manti. Fave past time: Driving around seeing many pioneer homes, castlelike Temple, SanPete Valley with farmlands, fishing lakes, golfcorse& Manti LaSal National Forest with 430 miles of mountain roads.! The space *READ ALL BEFORE BOOkNG! When it says four can stay that means only if two were to take the queen bed & have a child (I accept no younger than 5yrs old) on the side ottoman couch chair in that same bedroom, then have someone sleeping also in your private livingroom on the comfy couch.. If wanted you could even fit in a fifth person on a futon on the floor of the livingroom or bedroom. (I need to clarify that so up to 4 or 5 people only if this would work.*I've done 5 people twice before though those in the queen bedroom have to agree to those family and friends coming and going in the bathroom that is semi joined to the bedroom bit the bathroom does have its own door. For families with kids they don't mind.) *You have your own entrance and area seperate from the other pioneer Airbnb side. The short beam in front of the adjoining kitchen door insures no one from the pioneer portion entering but in the other Airbnb a lock separates you that only I have . **NO ONE BUT YOU AND YOUR GUESTS WILL FREQUENT YOUR AREA.. (Well Be Sure To Lock Your Door When ever You Leave To ensure That also). *If wanted U could book out both Airbnbs for as many as 8 people and have those doors open for coming and going if you ask before hand. Though review whos sleeping where to realize if that would work for you all there then would be two bathrooms? I also have actually two extra futon beds if you would like one more on the floor beside a couch, in the livingroom or a bed . ** Your kitchenette now has more counter space and even a kitchen sink, thanks to my sweet amazing husband..Sorry no oven, but your choice of hot plate, electric skillet or microwave and fridge. *AND so Sorry, due to my low price I do not cook breakfast for you but only supply a pancake mix and syrup and at times treats. U will need to purchase any foods you would desire to have for fridge or for cooking. Oh and on Sundays all eating places close so you have to do fast food in Ephraim 8 miles away . * Now.. My yard has been neglected for 5 years by previous owners so please bear with me on having green grass and the perfect yard Plus at times they shut off our water as it is more important for farmers. Improvements are being made monthly so PLEASE DONT RATE ME LOW BECAUSE OF MY YARD IN PROGRESS!! * SORRY BUT FOR NOW the back of my home is our private family area and tiny home. In the summer there will be times that back area available with our garden, our goats and chickens and eating area, that also has an Italian pizza oven, bbq, firepit and jacuzzie will be open to guests . if prepared and no one staying there but at a greater fee. *I will say that after each stay I clean every towel and bedding, couch cover also.. and end with disinfecting anything people would touch: Doorknobs, handles, light switches ect. and scrubbing down everything in the bathroom, kitchenett and scrubbing all floors. so if you feel something could be improved over my cleaning then be helpful and try but dont rate me under a 4 as My husband and I spend over an hour each time dusting cleaning scrubbing changing up everything. For You I Charge NO Cleaning Fee nor Require ANY Extra Cleaning Before You Leave As So many Do These Days. For You I Keep My Prices The Lowest in The Valley For What You are Getting. For You We Spend One To Two Hours Cleaning After Each Guest.. **P. S. I also have purifiers you can turn on in the livingroom or change up to bedroom if wanted and extra space heaters if not warm enough and an AC unit is always up in window and keeps place comfy cool even on weeks near 100. My prayers are that you will safely arrive.. Enjoy and have a wonderful stay in our amazing valley and canyons and have a comfy, cozy, enjoyable, even heavenly, and uplifting stay within my Airbnb. (As so many of my past guests have had and written about in their reviews and majority gave 5 stars too..TAKE A MINUTE OR TWO and review some of them.) 🙃🙂🐔🎻🐎 Your host Nola Guest access *SORRY: My home is not wheelchair accessable due to steps & no possibilities of ramp. And very thin doorways in my pioneer portion too. Plus parking is all small rocks. * PARKING: Everyhome in Manti city is surrounded on one or two sides by 30 ft from the street of property that the City owns but they are generous to allow anyone to park on it, as many people as we want in that space all around my home.. so if you have any friends with ATV's or motorhomes or trailers that you would like to come join you during your stay in a motorhome/trailer with ATV's along with you that is great..(That is very common around here to have happen) There is plenty of parking though they may be better parked on the lower North west around the back portion of my property. (Not on my property but the cities 30 ft parking area which they are happy to have as many as can fit on it. If you just have one vehicle then park it under one of the trees on the north side and use the front sidewalk entrance. Other things to note EXTRA if Wanted: A 2 HouR VIOLIN LESSON for you or 2nd person (I SUPPLy VIOLIN/s and MUSIC) THrough my quick EZ method you LEARN ALL NOTES and LEAVE WITH MANY SONGS and being able to play lots of them. A $50 charge. (*ALSO: You can be noisy til as late as 10 but after that please be softer and respect my guests in the pioneer portion.) You can use the TV or music after 10 or at any time during the night but please keep it soft as possible after those hours. In the hallway you can barely hear the other Airbnb if not at all since we installed a 2nd door even insulation inbetween both doors but when you SHUT your BEDROOM or LIVINGROOM DOORS you can't hear each other even if you yell, and the oposing 2nd door has a lock that only I have the key so you can not get to each other unless you break down both doors. but ha.. Please never try that. *AND Ofcourse respect my place: Don't trash or be negligent or of corse don't steal anything (Everything is photo documented) You don't want a badly review from anyone anyhows so you should realize that to continue on with Airbnb: They do require and expect you to be respectful, decent, clean, not destructive, on drugs or lude and crude or mean, or they have the right to ban you from Airbnb. As well I have the responsibility to be the same and give you and anyone with you the same respectful treatment. Please let me know if there are things I need to improve upon and I will strive to improve upon them if reasonable. P.S.S. *I lost the key to the bedroom door. Please only lock it if you are in that bedroom and not when you leave it.
