In total there are three bathrooms, one for each bedroom. There is a large sea view terrace with sunbeds, perfect for sunbathing or enjoying the evening sunsets. A spacious patio with an installed sunshade, a dining table and a lounge is available for outside eating, coffee, and cocktails. The villa also has a private garden with sunbeds. A large private pool is available at the complex for all residents and guests, just several meters away from the villa. At your disposal are two dedicated parking spots in the underground parking.
