Please note: Our home is in a rural, remote location. We are situated 5.2 miles up winding roads from Tubbs Lane. **The Pool is NOT heated. Occupancy: Our house comfortably sleeps 10. Bedrooms: - First bedroom upstairs with a queen bed and full bathroom - Second bedroom upstairs with a queen bed - Third bedroom upstairs with a bunk bed; bottom full size, top twin - Open loft downstairs with 2 bunk beds; bottom bunks are queen, top bunks are full Check-in & out: Check-in is at 3 pm, and check-out is at 11 am. Please reach out with any questions about these times. Parking: The house is situated on a slope. Parking is available on the dirt area in front of the property and the driveway, but please do not park on the volleyball court. WiFi information and access codes will be provided at check-in. **Barbecue:** Due to local fire hazard regulations, only the propane gas barbecue stored in the garage is allowed for use. It can be positioned anywhere outside the house on the concrete area. It may need cleaning, as our housekeepers do not clean it. Please clean up after yourself. We cannot guarantee the propane tank's availability or the cleanliness of the barbecue. Please refrain from using charcoal grills or setting up wood-burning fires outdoors. Pets: We are unable to accommodate pets due to allergies. Please make arrangements for your pets to stay at home. Guest access Accessing our tranquil retreat involves a scenic drive up winding roads, leading to stunning views and a peaceful ambiance. The property is located on a steep slope, so please take care when arriving. Upon booking, you'll receive a custom key code for easy entry to the house. The gate has to be manually opened and closed. The gate is left open by our cleaners for your arrival but can be manually closed for added privacy. Directions will be provided to ensure a smooth journey to your serene getaway.
