The 94 sqm apartment is 200 m from the Goerdeler Ring and all major tram lines as well as the central pedestrian zone and yet is incredibly quiet. Rosenthal and Zooschaufenster are right outside the door. I myself travel a lot as an artist and am rarely in Leipzig. Nevertheless, my personal belongings will be in the apartment, which should be taken care of (piano!). For people: 1 futon, 2 mattresses, 2 sofa beds, 2 bathrooms (with elevator).
