This completely renewed holiday apartment is located in the beautiful greenery of the Falesia area, only a walking distance from the famous and rewarded beach Praia da Falesia with it’s stunning cliffs and views. It’s a perfect holiday apartment with a pool, for a couple or small families with children. Just around the corner, you will a supermarket, tourist shops and plenty of restaurants and bars to enjoy yourself. You have everything in reach for a splendid vacation in a beautiful area. The space When you enter this beautiful bright apartment, you will first find a big fully equipped open plan kitchen. The modern and bright living room will give you all the space you need, to entertain your guests. A dining area and sitting area with TV and Wi-Fi. For a third guest or small children there is a comfortable sofa bed in here. Trough the sliding doors you enter the terrace and garden area where you can have your breakfast in the morning sun. relax and enjoy a delicious glass of port wine or vinho verde in the late afternoon. The fully fitted kitchen equipped with a stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher will give you the luxury, you are used to in your own home. Here you can prepare a delicious breakfast, lunch or meal with the groceries you just bought in the local supermarket nearby, for yourself and your fellow travelers. In a separate laundry room in the front, you will find the washing machine and utilities. The terrace will allow you to enjoy a nice breakfast in the morning or a romantic dinner by candlelight. An open hallway gives you access to the modern bathroom with a big walk-in shower, sink, toilet and the bedroom with a double bed, build-in wardrobe and air conditioning for that true hotel feeling. Also here you have sliding doors to the terrace with lounge chairs. Here you can relax and enjoy a delicious glass of port wine or vinho verde after your day at the beach. At the pool area you can enjoy the sun on the sun loungers or take a dip into the water to refresh yourself. To enter the pool area you will have an access card and its only for residents of the complex. Guest access Guests will have the whole apartment for themselves. Other things to note The pool area is only accessible with an access card. On this access card is a security deposit of € 50.00, which has to be paid cash if not returned at check out. Smoking is only allowed on the terrace or garden area. The municipality of Albufeira levies a tourist tax for the period from April 1 to October 31 of € 2.00 per person per night with a minimum of 7 nights. If you book outside this period, this tax will be waived. This will be settled before the booking is finally accepted by us. Registration Details 138410/AL
