Your private slice of Mullett Lake awaits on the shores of Pigeon Bay. Our furnished cottage is a peaceful waterfront escape just 10 minutes from downtown Indian River. Boaters will love the convenience of tying up to our dock or using the protected adjacent canal. Spend days exploring local trails and dining, then come home to unwind in a space our family has cherished for years. Clean, cozy, and full of character, this is a fantastic home base for your Northern Michigan adventure. The space You'll have ample outdoor space for family activities and relaxation in the expansive yard. Enjoy your morning coffee on the spacious deck, and later in the day, fire up the charcoal grill for a barbecue. As evening approaches, this becomes the perfect vantage point to watch the sunset over the water before gathering around the fire pit for campfires and s'mores. The property features a 110-foot dock that is shared with the neighboring cottage we also own. Whether you are into boating, fishing, or simply enjoying the lakeside atmosphere, the dock provides ample room for swimming and securing large boats and pontoons. It is a great spot to read a book, have a lakeside picnic, or simply soak up the view. Inside, the lodge is impeccably clean and well-maintained. We take cleaning seriously and ensure that everything is sanitized for your stay. Pillows and bedding are provided for your convenience. You can also stay connected with Wi-Fi and a Smart TV, fully configured with YouTube TV. Guest access Guests have full access to the cottage, dock, and yard. The property is adjacent to a small canal, which can be used to hold your boat as well. Other things to note Pets are always welcome, we just ask that they are house trained. Our dogs have a fantastic time when they visit, so we are honored to host yours as well. If you decide to bring your boat, the dock is available from Memorial Day weekend through the end of September. However, you are also welcome to tie your boat along the canal, which is adjacent to the property.
