CASA JASMINE is located in the most central point of the city in the town square on the first floor without a lift, in the first Benedictine male monastery from 1071. BREAKFAST includes a typical Italian breakfast with coffee and croissants at the TROVELLESI BAR under the house. The whole room is cooled by Split LG air conditioner. To access the living room with kitchen and bathroom you need to go down 3 steps. BEDROOM The very spacious Qeen Size bedroom is equipped with: Double Bed, LG Split Air Conditioner, 6cm Double Topper, Sheets, High Quality Towels, 2-Door Wardrobe, Nightstands, Full-height Floor Mirror, Abat Jour, Desk and finally a breathtaking view of the city so as to give you a wonderful awakening. Inside the wardrobe you will find a set of extra blankets, an ironing board and an iron. BALCONY WITH VIEW: Balcony with view equipped with: small table, 4 chairs, ashtray and one of the most beautiful views of the valley below Assisi. BATH The bathroom has all the sanitary ware: huge 1.60-metre shower, sink, toilet, bidet, hair dryer, welcome kit with toothbrush and toothpaste, Cotton buds, make-up remover pads and shower shampoo. KITCHEN The modern kitchen is equipped with: Peninsula for 4 people with stools, Induction hob with two burners, Pots, Cutlery, Glasses, Refrigerator, Freezer, NESTCAFE Espresso machine, Coffee maker (ideal for long coffees like American Coffe) Microwave Oven , Citrus squeezer and Set of capsules for coffee, tea and herbal teas. Under the sink you will find all the cleaning products for the house if you need them. The apartment can accommodate up to a maximum of 4 people or 4 people + 1 infant (cot), and is the ideal accommodation for any type of traveler who wants to savor the true atmosphere and historicity of Assisi, even in the company of their friends 4 paws. The apartment located in the heart of the City presents under the house the striking Fountain of the Three Lions, the beautiful thirteenth-century Palazzo del Capitano del Popolo, a few meters away the Temple of Santa Maria Sopra Minerva and 300m away the Church of Santa Maria Maggiore. The Basilica of San Francesco remains a 6-minute walk from the residence. We remain at your complete disposal before, during and after your stay for any eventuality, advice or special request. On the day of your arrival at the property we will send you information via the app to access the dwelling, all the specific information about the city, residences to visit, restaurants, bars and key points so you can experience an unforgettable vacation without Stress. Once they enter the common courtyard of the monastery, following the directions they will arrive in front of the brown door at the top of the stone stairs and via a Master Lock they will be able to take the keys to their apartment. The two combinations (gray door and room master lock) will be provided on the day of check-in.
