A room on the second floor of a loft-style house with ensuite bathroom situated in a local village surrounded by paddy field. The place has a big garden with seasonal flowers/fruit trees and local herbs e.g. mango, banana, jackfruit, tamarind, lychee. The airport & local tourist attractions e.g. Bosang handicraft market, Wat Phra That Doi Saket, Sankampang hotspring, can be reached within 5-30 mins drive. Other things to note Price for daily rent is net and already inclusive of utility cost (electricity, water supply, wifi). Price for weekly and monthly rent is inclusive of everything except the electricity. Electricity meter reading will be taken upon check-in and check-out and guest will be informed the price to pay at check-out. The price is calculated at cost based on Provincial Electricity Authority’s website. Typically electricity cost is roughly THB400-750/month mainly contributed by aircon usage. The cost is usually lower in winter period during Nov-Feb. Please note the electricity is charged at cost basis with no mark-up. Therefore we don’t earn anything from this. We implemented such rule hoping to prevent excessive use of aircon because our aircon is household model and cannot be used 12hours+ continuously like an industrial model in the hotel or office building.
