This spacious one-bedroom resort suite measures approximately 895 square feet. You will enjoy a king bed in the master bedroom and a full sleeper sofa in the living room. Additional amenities include a full kitchen and dining area, wood burning fireplace, washer/dryer and a private balcony or patio. Maximum occupancy is four. There is no obligation for you to attend, and it is suggested that you politely decline to maximize your time while visiting. - Guest checking in must be 21+ with a valid ID and credit or debit card (cash not accepted) for $250 refundable security deposit. General terms: - Guests will be required to adhere to any COVID-19 rules/regulations set forth by the State of Arizona. - Tenants shall use and maintain the Resort in a careful and lawful manner and shall not create noise or disturbances likely to disturb or annoy other tenants. The Tenant affirms they will follow all policies and rules of the resort, as notified upon arrival and occupancy of the unit, including check-out time, as many resorts assess a fee for late check-out. - The Tenant accepts all responsibilities for any damages to the unit or Resort property during the rental period by Tenant or Tenant's guests. - The Tenant hereby indemnifies and holds the Owner harmless against any and all claims of personal health/sickness, injury or property damage or loss of any kind arising from use of the Resort regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss.
