Short walk from the Central Railway Station or Helsinki National Opera. 1km from Hietaniemi Beach and free outdoor gym and free car parking area. At the building basement. You can use the laundry room for 5€ per 5 hours. This includes the washing machine, dryer, mangle and the drying room. Please inquire with me about the possible check-in time before you make the booking in case you wish to check-in early! In case you wish to check out later than normal, please ask first. However there are cheap lockers near my apartment where you can also store luggage! If you have a car: Parking at the front of the apartment is free on Monday to Friday from 21:00-09:00, Saturday 18:00 to Monday 09:00 Free 2h parking area is about a 15 minute walk from my apartment. If you need free parking for the hole time of your stay - You must contact me and ask about it before making the booking, since after that it may not be possible. HOUSE RULES: 1 Please send me your scheduled arrival times during the booking. 2. Photo ID is required from the guests before arrival. You must send ID´s of each guest to us after the booking. 3 If you have pets. Please inquire with me first before booking :) 4 No smoking inside. 5 Running an escort, massage or any other type of business from the apartment is not allowed. This is a residential apartment without the door buzzer, so you will be caught and removed immediately from the apartment and the incident will be reported to authorities! 6 Please do not make loud noises after 22:00 (10pm).
