Heritage Gastown Loft w/ Hot Tub & Steam Room

Modern New York style loft, 1000+ square foot suite offers large outdoor patio, hot tub, fully stocked gourmet kitchen, steam room, private work space and more. Ideal for a couple's retreat, a family visit, or a business trip. Located close to restaurants, cafes, bars, nightlife, the Skytrain to the airport, Canada place, Science World and most of what Vancouver has to offer. We are located in the entertainment district so weekends do bring on more noise from the street and music in the area. The space The space is modern and stylish Vancouver luxury, completely rebuilt in a historical building. 15 foot ceilings with main floor, mezzanine and rooftop patio. Mezzanine has king bed room with ensuite bath and soaker tub under skylight ceiling. Also located in the mezzanine is a double bed with large, private workspace and hi-speed internet. The suite has surround sound stereo system, heated tile floors, two TVs and more. You'll have access to the loft's private patio with hot tub. The area is very happening on the weekends which is great fun, but can get noisy. The perfect mix of elegance and comfortability; ideal for a couple's retreat, a family visit, or a business trip. Guest access Keyless entry, once confirmed you will be given a unique access code for the building and unit. Other things to note Depending on the season, we may not approve booking requests that leave a one night vacancy before or after the request. We also may not approve two night weekend bookings that are requested more than two weeks in advance, and require a minimum 3 night booking on weekends during the summer season. Minimum 4 night booking required during the Christmas/New Years holiday unless approved otherwise. For these situations it is better to send an inquiry rather than a booking request. If you require a pack and play this will need to be requested and organized in advance. Note, we charge a minimum $60 fee for any late check outs not otherwise organized in advance. There is no elevator in our building and we are located on the second floor. The hot tub is emptied, cleaned and refilled after each guest checks out. It takes 12-20 hours (depending on the season) to reach temperature, so may not be ready for use until the following day. Earplugs are provided for guests in a kitchen drawer for those sensitive to sound. This is an old building with high ceilings. Our AC and fans allow for some cooling and circulation, which provides comfort during the summer months. Cooling below 24 C (78F) during the hottest weather periods can be challenging.
