Welcome to our recently renovated ground floor 2 bedroom/ 2 full bath beach condo with screened in balcony (NO BUGS) located in the beachfront building Q in Ocean Village Club which offers 2 pools (1 heated pool) tennis courts, shuffle board, private beach walk on access. Beach access is right outside our screened patio. We provide beach chairs/umbrella and towels. We have a Washer/Dryer in our unit and parking right out front. Downtown St. Augustine is a short 10 minute drive to all the fun The space Ocean Village Club is a beachfront resort style complex with over 900 palm trees. You can enjoy all the amenities available during your stay. We have 2 pools (1 heated to 85 during appropriate months) weight room with cardio equipment located in the clubhouse. 2 shuffleboard courts, tennis courts, bbq pavilions and of course the private beach access to the white sands of Butler beach. My 2 bedroom recently renovated condo is on the first floor in building Q which is one of only TWO BEACHFRONT buildings in the complex. 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with fully stocked kitchen, living room with comfy reclining sofas and a 65 inch SMART TV with all streaming services and DIRECTTV cable. Very spacious dining area with seating for 6 with additional 2 seats at the breakfast bar. Screened in patio which allows easy access right outside our patio door to the private beach walkway leading to our beautiful Butler beach. Bedroom 1 features a KING bed with private full bathroom and 55 inch smart TV with all streaming services and DirectTV cable. Bedroom #2 has a QUEEN bed and FULL bed and 40 inch smart TV with a full bathroom located right outside the bedroom. We have a screened in patio with a door so you can walk right out from the patio to the beach walkway. The beach pool is located right outside our building also. There is a heated pool located closer to the front entrance of the complex. I provide all linens which include bed linens, bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs and a small bag cooler. My condo also has an ironing board and iron along with a blow dryer. I have a fully stocked kitchen with pots/pans, toaster, coffee machine with keruig and basic cooking spices. Across the street there are a few great restaurants for dinner after the beach. Winn Dixie grocery is less than a mile from our complex. Downtown St. Augustine is a 10 minute drive or Uber ride. I recommend Uber because parking downtown can be very busy and the ride is very short from Ocean Village Club. I find it's cheaper to uber than pay for parking in historic St. Augustine. Ocean Village is a secured gated community great for the whole family. Our condo is located in building Q. The closest building to the beach and beach pool. We are on the first floor.
