The space Chalet Heaven Mottolino is an ancient and beautiful mountain hut recently renovated that has been able to maintain the characteristic style of the area but with a touch of modernity inside. The cabin is located in a unique position, directly on the slopes of the Mottolino, near the "Tea Al Planel" restaurant, in a quiet area away from the chaos of the center of Livigno. The Valery Charme apartment is a beautiful and spacious two-room apartment located on the ground floor (valley side) with a panoramic view of the village and well exposed to the sun. The apartment was built in 2023, is furnished in a traditional but modern style and has many amenities that will make you fully enjoy your vacation. The interior consists of a large double bedroom equipped with top-quality mattresses, a large kitchen-living room equipped with a double sofa bed, and a bathroom with a shower. In the apartment, you will find a practical and fast induction hob, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and many kitchen utensils to prepare delicious lunches and dinners with your family. ATTENTION - The chalet is located within the Olympic perimeter, in the period between January 24 and February 23, access to the area is subject to security checks and requires an Olympic accreditation, which is issued only after a background check. The cabin can be reached in the following ways: – in winter It cannot be reached by car or off-road vehicle, With skis directly from the Mottolino slopes, Walking with about 20/30 minutes of walking on the ski slope (snowshoes are available free of charge), By snowmobile/off-road vehicle (depending on the period) with a reservation at a cost of €50.00 per trip (at check-in and check-out the service is included in the price, for the other days the service is subject to availability and with time limits that will be evaluated from time to time). - in summer by bicycle from the Mottolino slopes, from the scenic trail or from the dirt road, by car from the dirt road, a 4X4 car is needed and not too low, on foot with about 20/30 minutes of walking on a dirt road or from the path in the woods.
