The house is furnished in such a way as to offer everyone total independence, thanks to its three separate cottages. The pool and the many shaded corners of the property invite you to relax and enjoy quiet moments of togetherness. The house is 30 minutes from Angers and 20 minutes from Château-Gontier. The space La Grande Roche can accommodate up to 16 people. The house is divided into 3 cottages that can be connected through interior doors. GITE 1 (sleeps 8) DRC: - Entrance, WC , lingerie -Large living room - Fully equipped family kitchen - "Bedroom 1": 1 bunk bed, 2 single beds 1st FLOOR: - Double "Bedroom 2" with private bathroom and WC - Double "Bedroom 3" - Bathroom and toilet GITE 2: (step-free, sleeps 2) - Fully equipped kitchen open to living room - double "Bedroom 4" - Separate toilets GITE 3: (sleeps 6) DRC: - Fully equipped kitchen open to living room and dining table with cathedral ceiling. - Relaxation room or "double bedroom 5". Thanks to a very comfortable high quality sofa bed. 1st floor: - Double "Bedroom 6" - Bathroom and toilet - "Bedroom 7" with 2 Single beds - Desk area on the mezzanine with games for the kids. All rooms are spacious and all double beds are 160 . Bedding and towels are included in the rate . Exterior: You will have garden lounges, sunbathing , fire pit on the terrace, many chairs and tables at your disposal . For children: swing and garden hut. Outdoor pool with pool house (shower and toilet) in summer. The rate includes access to all the facilities (3 cottages, swimming pool...) All of the accommodation will be at your disposal. Please note: Out of respect for the neighborhood and the environment, parties are not allowed. The house is suitable for those looking for peace and quiet, not a place to have a noisy party. Music played outside can carry further than expected, especially due to the height, the presence of the river, and the effects of the wind. In addition, the Mayenne river is a protected natural area.
