The house is furnished in such a way as to offer everyone total independence, thanks to its three separate cottages. The pool and the many shaded corners of the property invite you to relax and enjoy quiet moments of togetherness. The house is 30 minutes from Angers and 20 minutes from Château-Gontier. The space La Grande Roche can accommodate up to 16 people. The house is divided into 3 cottages that can be connected by interior doors. COTTAGE 1 (sleeps 8) Ground floor: - Entrance, toilet, laundry room - Large living room - Fully equipped family kitchen - "Bedroom 1": 1 bunk bed, 2 single beds 1st FLOOR: - "Bedroom 2" double with private bathroom and toilet - "Bedroom 3" double - Bathroom and toilet COTTAGE 2: (single-story, sleeps 2) - Fully equipped kitchen open to the living room - "Bedroom 4" double - Separate toilet COTTAGE 3: (sleeps 6) Ground floor: - Fully equipped kitchen open to living room and dining table with cathedral ceiling. - Relaxation room or "double bedroom 5". Thanks to a very comfortable high quality sofa bed. 1st floor: - "Bedroom 6" double - Bathroom and toilet - "Bedroom 7" with 2 single beds - Office area on the mezzanine with games for children. All bedrooms are spacious and all 2-person beds are 160. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. EXTERIOR: You will have garden furniture, sunbathing, brazier on the terrace, chairs and tables at your disposal. For children: swing and garden shed. Outdoor pool with pool house (shower and toilet) in the summer. The price includes access to all the facilities (3 cottages, swimming pool, etc.) The entire property will be at your sole disposal. Please note: Out of respect for the neighborhood and the environment, parties are not allowed. The house is suitable for those looking for peace and quiet, not a place to have a noisy party. Music played outdoors can carry further than expected, especially due to the height, the presence of the river, and the effects of the wind.
