Our newly built vintage house (125 sq.m.) built amphitheatrically, is located in Dafni - Messapion, in a unique green landscape with a wonderful view of the Evoikos gulf. The house has a wide-open space with a fully equipped kitchen for food preparation, two bedrooms with double beds (queen size), one bedroom with a double bed - all with en suite bathroom with rainshower walk-in shower and a living room with a kitchen of 62m2 with a huge bay window with unobstructed sea views and a large terrace with outdoor seating and dining furniture. The swimming pool of the house with the built-in jacuzzi will offer you moments of joy and playfulness while gazing at the sea. Next to the pool, you will find the 4th bathroom with shower as well as a fridge for cold beers and a large gas barbeque. The garden is well maintained with grass, trees and flowers and a Ping-Pong table is available for extra fun. You can enjoy your breakfast, lunch, or drink on the terrace under the shade of the pergola, sunbathe on the comfortable sunbeds, or relax in the hot tub with your friends. Our Villa is decorated with great attention to detail. It offers all the modern comforts, warmth and cleanliness for a wonderful holiday experience.
