Welcome to my Century-old, three-family home in the heart of Lakewood! This elegantly-furnished first floor apartment feels charming and friendly while also offering hotel-quality amenities. The King Bedroom: features a custom headboard, crystal lamps and marble bedside tables. The Queen Bedroom: features a Restoration Hardware peony tapestry, Balinese woodcarving headboard, antique crystal lamps and custom handcrafted dreamcatcher. Both bedrooms have premium Egyptian cotton sheets, hotel quality pillows and brushed linen duvets. For your comfort, there are additional blankets, pillows and linens just outside the room in the hallway closet. For your convenience, there are two universal phone chargers on either side of both beds as well. Special amenities in each room include blackout shades, luxurious velvet curtains, ceiling fan, closet and luggage rack. The Living Room: This generous & elevated family room has it all: multiple seating areas, lush black-out curtains, sectional sofa, fluffy blankets, lots of pillows & 55" Smart TV with Roku. Sign in to your streaming apps to see your favorite shows & movies. The Kitchen: Guests love the "amazingly well-equipped" kitchen complete with toaster oven, blender, double stainless steel sink and full chef's knife set. Those entertaining for family or friends will equally love the stainless steel Frigidaire dishwasher too! The Dining Room: Special features of this spacious room include an oversize zinc-top table, crystal chandelier, vintage fish-eye mirror and century old built-ins. Freshly painted and well-appointed, this dining room has seating for six. The Porch: Picture yourself on the side porch- leisurely enjoying your morning coffee OR relaxing with your feet up & your evening glass of wine in hand. On warm evenings, turn on the romantic string lights & feel the gentle breeze from the ceiling fan. The Bathroom: Recently renovated, this full bathroom is simple & classic. Hotel-quality towels & amenities have you covered. Literally--when you get out of the shower or bath--and also if you discover you've forgotten to pack some toiletries from home. Enjoy complimentary Whole Foods Brand shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hand soap and lotion. Guest access The apartment is the entire first floor. It is completely private and guests for this unit have exclusive access to 2 porches as well. There is shared access to the Laundry area in the basement. The back entrance and stairwell are shared space with the upstairs guests/tenants and is separated from the apartment by a locked door. From inside the back door, the door to the apartment is up 5 stairs and to the right on the first landing. Since the back door is closest to the parking area, it is used when we enter and leave the house. It's fine to use the front door for things like package and uber eats deliveries. Other things to note Important Parking Note: There are 2 free parking spaces in the driveway (for small to mid-size vehicles only) as well as plenty of free street parking available. The house is a triplex, so please do not block any part of the parking area or the driveway at any time. If you have a large vehicle, you may only be able to park one car in the parking area in front of the garage or you may need to park on the street. The Clifton bus line runs down the North side of Clifton during rush hour and you CANNOT park outside the house on the street from 4-6:30pm on weekdays. You will be ticketed and towed. Dogs Welcome! • 2 dogs max (I'm not able to welcome cats due to allergies) • Dogs must be approved and disclosed at booking • Unapproved pets incur a $250 fee • Excessive pet hair/messes/damage → incur additional fees (not covered in damage waiver) • Crate if left unattended (based on dog temperament)-a crate is provided • Dogs must be up-to-date on flea/tick & rabies vaccines • Provided: bowls, towels, lint roller, treats, couch cover, cleaning supplies • Ensure dog(s) is/are potty trained. This home is STRICTLY NON-SMOKING (including vaping and/or marijuana). The property uses indoor air monitoring to ensure a fresh, allergy-free home for all guests. Smoking immediately triggers a $500 smoke remediation fee. Thank you for respecting our clean air policy.
