Our one-bedroom flat is the perfect retreat for surfers, couples or small families. Modern and spacious on the inside, it also boasts a large green private outdoor area where you can soak up the sun, enjoy a meal, or wash your surfboard. Just out the front door, you'll find incredible sea & sunset views and a quiet neighbourhood, with easy access to surf-famous Ribeira d’Ilhas beach (10min walk) and Ericeira's charming city centre (5min drive). Book now or ask us anything! The space The flat features one double bedroom, two bathrooms (full+guest), a spacious living room, and a well-equipped kitchen. Outdoor areas include a back patio surrounded by lush greenery and a front balcony with a slither of sea views. (Pro tip: enjoy a drink on the balcony at sunset.) Inside, you'll find everything you need to feel at home, including a queen-size bed with high-quality mattress, bed linen and towels, two flat-screen TVs (Netflix available in the living room), and a sofa-bed accommodating up to two small children. Fast Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, with a dedicated workspace in the living room. To keep you cozy on those colder Ericeira days and nights, we also provide a couple of portable heaters. The kitchen is equipped with all standard appliances and utensils, including a dishwasher and coffee maker for your convenience. Both the back patio and front balcony feature table and seating areas. A barbecue is available. Guest access There are several options to get to Ericeira: By Air. If you're arriving from an international destination, the nearest airport is Lisbon Airport (LIS). From the airport, you can easily take public transportation, a taxi, or a car rental (note: this offers additional flexibility and the ability to explore the surrounding areas at your own pace.) By Car. If you're traveling by car from Lisbon or nearby areas, you can take the A8 highway towards Torres Vedras. From there, follow the signs to Ericeira, which is approximately a 40-minute drive from Lisbon. Free parking is available near the property. By Public Transport. Take the Lisbon Metro or a taxi from the airport to Campo Grande, the main bus terminal in Lisbon. From there, you can catch a direct bus to Ericeira. The journey takes approximately one hour.
