Nice cozy Apartment at prime location behind Shooting Club & Mall Of Arabia, 5 min from Sheikh Zayed City Fully Furnished with all the electronics, the kitchen, Air Conditioner for the whole apartment, and (clean apartment & sheets) for every time you stay (you get the apartment and sheets clean when you check in, but there is no room services for cleaning or change sheets during your stay.) The space the total area of the apartment is 101 square meter with a good furniture and electronics Guest access the guest can access the whole apartment it's all yours to enjoy. Other things to note -A Copy of ID is required for each guest. -It's a family place, so if you are a couple a marriage certificate is required. -Guests will sign a rental agreement when arrive to the apartment. -you get the apartment and sheets clean when you check in, but there is no room services for cleaning or change sheets during your stay. -guest will pay a damage deposit (of: US$41) Upon arrival collected in cash and the host will return it back in cash the day the guest check out if there is no damages. -the guest should call 1 hour before arrive so the host would be waiting for him
