There are no TVs in the suites - an intentional choice to highlight the gorgeous views. The space Your oceanfront chalet is a cozy yet spacious retreat designed for relaxation. This unique, two-story curved A-frame, shaped like the bow of a ship, features charming architecture and cozy touches: • Sleeps up to 4 with two queen beds in the loft • Private entrance and a bright, open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area • Large sliding glass doors leading to a large balcony with panoramic ocean views • Upstairs loft with a second, smaller private balcony overlooking the water • A four-piece bathroom with a tub/shower combo • New (2023) memory foam mattresses & kitchen appliances for ultimate comfort • Locally roasted, organic & fair trade coffee and locally sourced, biodegradable soaps provided. The loft stairs are steep and have a handrail- if mobility is a concern, we recommend booking a ground-level king studio suite instead. Guests enjoy access to a wide, scenic oceanfront, four communal BBQ areas, and a rocky beach perfect for launching kayaks or paddleboards. We also offer kayak and stand-up paddleboard rentals for $10/hr on a first-come, first-served basis - weather permitting. LGBTQ-friendly, family-friendly & pet-friendly! The resort’s layout encourages social connection, so bring your paddleboard, raft up with new friends, or simply relax by the water. THE QUIRKS (AKA WHAT MAKES US SPECIAL!) • No window screens? No problem. Ocean breezes keep bugs away, and the unobstructed views are worth it. (Also, pets and screens don’t mix - this is our way of reducing waste!) • No tiny plastic toiletries. We keep thousands of plastic bottles out of landfills by offering refillable, locally sourced and biodegradable shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand & dish soap instead. • Parking is a short walk away. Unload your bags just steps from your door; parking is located up the hill in the main parking lot. Full details provided in your check-in package. Other things to note This suite is perfect for singles, couples, or families. A small child can stay at no extra charge, but you’ll need to bring your own crib and bedding. Please note there is no baby gate in the loft. Enjoy the stunning waterfront, where you can spot wildlife, take in the views, or go for a refreshing swim. The crystal-clear waters are perfect for a morning dip or a peaceful float. We welcome well-behaved pets for an additional charge (max 2).
