Bring the whole family to this spacious home from home in a quiet corner of Seahouses, a short walk from the beach, shops and bars. Relax on the balcony (access via master bedroom) or the patio (with hot tub) overlooking an extensive, enclosed rear garden after a day exploring the delights of the Northumberland coast. Put your feet up and enjoy an evening in front of a roaring log burning stove or gather the family round the table for fish & chips or a good old fashioned board game. The space A detached dormer bungalow built in 1921 offers generous living space featuring 3 bedrooms (the master bedroom leads to the balcony), a living room, dining room, kitchen and sun room. Also features a bathroom featuring corner bath and separate shower unit and downstairs WC. The rear gardens are extensive, south facing and secure. The large patio features a hot tub (at an additional charge and which needs to be booked in advance) and outdoor furniture for relaxing. Guest access Guests will be able to enjoy full access to the property in their own privacy. A few cupboards will remain locked to store the owners belongings. Other things to note NEW HOT TUB - our latest addition to Ivy Cottage is a 5 person hot tub available for an additional set up cost of £75 for up to 3 night stays and £125 for up to 7 night stays. Guests interested in taking advantage of this facility will need to provide at least 48 hours advance notice. For safety reasons the hot tub can not be used unless this has been arranged in advance. Payment is payable via bank transfer in advance of arrival.
