Toothbrushes and toothpaste are not provided, so please bring your own. 4 ) Will towels be changed and rooms cleaned during the stay? Clean sheets and towels will be provided at check-in. There will be no replacement of sheets and towels during your stay. There is a washing machine in the room. Please feel free to use it if needed. 5 ) How do I access the residence and check-in? The address, walking route from the nearest station, and contact information will be provided in the check-in guide sent one week before your arrival. If you don't have internet access, please print the check-in guide in advance and bring it with you. Please make sure to check it before your arrival. 6 ) Do I need to separate garbage during my stay? There are two garbage bins in the room. Please separate combustible waste and recyclables and dispose of them in the respective bins. If the garbage bins in the room become full, please contact us. Do not dispose of garbage outside the building or in other buildings' collection areas, as it is illegal in Japan. 7 ) What happens if I enter the premises of other houses? Please do not enter private property without permission, as it may result in police intervention in serious cases. Please also avoid behaviors such as loitering, smoking, or making loud noises in front of others' houses, as they can be highly disruptive and bothersome to others. 8 ) Is there an airport transfer service available? We offer airport transfer services and charter tours for sightseeing. If you require services such as a day trip to Mount Fuji, Kamakura, or Karuizawa, please inquire in advance. Under Japanese law, we are required to keep a record of guests’ passport information. We will contact you before check-in to request your passport details. Please note that actual shipping costs and a small handling fee (1500JPY) will apply.
