This beautiful, spacious studio is located behind the farms, surrounded by rolling fields and forests. The l'Ardennes Bleue area is located between the Limburg hills, the Ardennes, and the Eifel. We have transformed the former cowshed into a studio that is fully equipped. Endless walking, cycling or mountain biking, but of course also relaxing in the garden or enjoying a Burgundian meal on one of the nice terraces in the area. Ideal for 2 adults (with max. 3 children). The studio is fully equipped including a kitchen with combi oven, refrigerator, induction hob and dishwasher. From the dining area you have a view of the surrounding nature. The spacious sitting area has a pellet stove and an extra wood stove for the very cold days. There is a spacious double bed and a bunk bed for children. Finally, there is a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. In the shared garden there is enough space to sunbathe, eat and enjoy the sunset. As an extra we offer making a fire or relaxing in the wood-fired hot tub. There are additional costs involved. The entire space is barrier-free and therefore wheelchair-friendly. Unfortunately, the garden and the access path are not (yet) real. If necessary, we are happy to give you a helping hand to reach this beautiful place. Bringing your pet is possible in consultation. We are one of the few in the area that has good and fast internet via satellite. This remote, quiet place can therefore also be used as a temporary home office. As a guest you have an unobstructed view and complete privacy in the holiday apartment. There is also a nice separate area in the garden with a great view. We ourselves have enjoyed living in this fantastic place for more than ten years. As a guest you have complete privacy, but we are nearby or easy to reach by phone if you have any questions. We also have a lot of information about the area that we would like to share with you. Think of walks, restaurants, markets and other fun things to do. Whether for a long weekend, a midweek or a longer period, we would like to welcome you. Public transport in the immediate vicinity is limited. The nearest train station is Welkenraedt. Furthermore, the stations of Aachen, Liège and Maastricht can be reached in about 30 minutes by car. Taxis run from the stations.
