Nice little townhouse

Located in the heart of the pretty little town of Chauny (Art Deco heritage), a 2-minute walk to the city center and train station (direct Paris Nord) Close to Saint-Quentin (Art Deco) Laon, Soissons and Coucy-le-Château (medieval towns) Compiègne, its castle, racecourse and other tourist sites... not to mention the Chemin des Dames as well as great walks in the forest :) Please don't hesitate to ask for any information, I would be happy to guide you ☺️ Clémentine Aub The space on the ground floor you can find the living room, dining room/kitchen and toilet. the upper floor consists of the bathroom as well as two bedrooms. one of them with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The beds will be ready for your arrival as well as the towels you might need. I will ask you to return the accommodation as you found it (swept, cleaned, tidied, trash, etc.) however if you run out of time a cleaning service will be offered at the price of €50 (to be discussed directly with me on site) Guest access The house is located on a quiet street close to the city center. You will find a fenced courtyard belonging to the property where you can park your vehicle. you'll have access to the entire home for yourself and the courtyard. The keys will be handed over or in a lockbox according to my availability and your convenience. Other things to note If you do not opt for the cleaning service, I will ask you to make sure to empty the ashtray, clean the refrigerator, microwave and oven, empty the trash, and disinfect all the bathrooms. Vacuum and mop. Remove the sheets and put the used towels in the washing machine. Whenever possible, please leave the home in the condition in which you found it 😌☺️
