Boothorpe Farmhouse is up a single track, no through road in a quiet Hamlet of Boothorpe which borders Leicestershire & Derbyshire. It is surrounded by the National Forest providing the best views and walks. The cottage is of historic note and is listed in the Doomsday Book but has been stylishly designed and provides a comfortable place to stay. There are are some amazing places to visit and things to do also a number of good local pubs and restaurants The space We have three double bedrooms , one with a super king bed , a king size in the second bedroom and two twins in the third . There is a large lounge with a wood burning stove and views facing the front garden and far reaching views over the fields. The dining room also has a wood burning stove, with fireside chairs and a dining table for six. The boot room off the dining room ables muddy wellies and mucky dogs to dry off in a warm place . Guest access Guests will have the entire property to themselves which includes a rear secure garden and front lawn Other things to note We love dogs, but do have a few rules. Please read these so you know them prior to visiting
