Freshly renovated apartment in the middle of Centro Historico, the perfect place for exploring Malaga. The apartment's location gives you a fantastic opportunity to experience Spanish eating and fiesta culture but be aware that there can be some street noise in this vibrant part of the old city. ****Update**** We installed double glazed windows and noise block shutters in the bedrooms in May 2025. It has made an enormous difference but still be aware that this is the busy part of the city The space We have recently renovated our 1890 apartment with a modern kitchen, bathrooms and air conditioning while maintaining its beautiful original shutter windows, timbers, floor tiles and ceilings. The apartment is on the second floor with easy access by wide staircase (no elevator). It has 2 large bedrooms, each with its own queen size bed and balcony, perfect for 2 couples or a family. The living room and open kitchen provide a big space to relax and enjoy your sample of Spanish life complete with two Juliette balconies and a third balcony to soak in the street atmosphere below. The apartment has 1.5 bathrooms, the large one includes a separate shower and full sized bath. There are a variety of dining options directly below. Plaza la constitución, Picasso Museum, Cathedral, Larios Street, Roman theatre all within 5 min walk. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment and it will be for their exclusive use during the stay. Other things to note There are several paid parking lots nearby in the area for a fee (Granados, La Alcazaba, Plaza Marina, Andalucía, Camas). The airport is located 11km from downtown and takes 20 minutes by car.
