The space The entire house, and yard is completely private & all yours during your stay. includes: private front yard, back yard, swimming pool, driveway and entire house. This adorable 2 bedroom, 2 bath 2,200 square foot private 1920’s charming home was renovated with all the amenities. Tandem parking in driveway for 2 cars and electric car charger. All you could need in kitchen, Cute little front yard, pool in back yard along with lovely sitting areas in back, black out shades in the master-bedroom for comfort. Completely private home. This little oasis even has a secret passage way to master and secret book cases in the home. It’s lovely. We think you will enjoy it as much as we do. POOL: please note, the cost of our home does not include the charge for heating the pool. We can heat the pool for you for additional fee and with enough advanced notice of your stay. Please contact host for pool heat pricing and availability. EV CHARGER for Electric Vehicles. We had a Nema 14-50 outlet installed in the driveway. so long as you bring your cord/adapters if needed, you are welcome to charge your vehicle on site in our private driveway. Guest access Pool, backyard, front yard, whole house. We have one closet inside the home we have put our belongs, and we have a little detached garage we have put our belongings, but the rest of the property is yours during your stay to relax and enjoy. You do not share the house or pool with any Neighbors or anyone else. There is no common space.,The entire place and grounds and pool are private and yours to use during your entire stay. POOL: Please Note: The Pool is not heated. The current electric & gas bills in Los Angeles have been a bit insane, so we don’t warm the pool even for ourselves these days. But for additional cost, and at least one week notice, pool heating should be able to take place. If you are interested in warming the pool water for your stay, (which is an individual decision. What one person feels is warm another thinks is cold, so we leave the decision fully with each guest to decide for themselves and if they want to pay the fee. If you are interested in pool water warming, please contact us for the additional cost inquiry. (And please do so at least a week prior to your stay so we can have time to prepare. Please note: the additional pool warming fee will need to be paid in full one week prior to your stay in order for this additional service to be added to your stay. The Pool Warming fee will be paid in full 7 days prior to the start of your stay here on the airbnb site.) Pool Cleaning: the entire property is surrounded by beautiful ficcus trees in order to great a wonderful, private oasis. Before you arrive, a dedicated pool staff comes in and cleans the entire pool and pool area for you. Inevitably the wind will blow and sometimes a few leaves come into the yard and pool. We just wanted to point out these are due to nature and are freshly fallen. We will leave an extra skimmer handy for you in case you want to scoop any leaves that fall over night 😊 Other things to note Amazing location. Quiet and sweet. A great home for the perfect needed get away. Pool is not heated. With enough advanced notice of arrival, and with a pool heating fee, this can be arranged, but it’s a rather large pool that costs quite a lot for us to warm, so it is not done unless requested with enough notice and additional pool warming fee applied. Please contact host at least 1 week prior for pool warming costs. Professional pool cleaning takes places before you and your guests arrive, some ficcus leaves may fall into pool due to the proximity and ample amount of lush trees. No pets please.
