Beautiful garden flat in the late Georgian, early Victorian area of Central Bristol. It is tastefully decorated with artwork and Persian rugs. Wood burning stove and all the basic amenities for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I do not use perfumes and harsh chemicals to wash my bedding. The space The accommodation is a two-bedroom garden flat within a grade 2 listed townhouse in Kingsdown. There is a south facing garden with the living room getting sunshine in the morning and then up to three in the afternoon. The flat is situated in the basement of the building, and the bedrooms do not, therefore, look out onto the square but into a lightwell. Both bedrooms sleep two people. One has a king-size bed, and the other one has two singles. The bathroom also has a separate shower. There is a fully functioning kitchen with a fridge freezer and everything you need for cooking. The living room has a sofa and ample seating. The flat has central heating. The garden can be viewed from the living room through french doors. Snacks, tea, and coffee are provided for the guests on their arrival.
