Downtown, 36 sqm, fully equipped studio apartment, Elevator, Wi-Fi The space 35 sqm studio apartment (for 1-2 people) on the 5th floor of a 6-story apartment building at a street intersection in the lively Belgian Quarter. The open living room with laminate flooring has a box spring bed (160 cm wide), wardrobe, ironing board & iron, sofa, TV, a small shower room with hairdryer, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and microwave. Free Wi-Fi is available. A laundry room with coin-operated washing machines and dryers is available in the basement. On request, a weekly cleaning, towel and linen service can be booked for €66 per week. On request, a mailbox can be set up for longer stays. The apartment building is located in the center of Cologne and belongs to the Neustadt-Nord district. The popular Belgian Quarter offers everything your heart desires: a wide range of small boutiques & designer shops, a huge selection of gastronomic offers from traditional German cuisine to modern restaurants of international orientation to fine dining options & fusion as well as trendy bars & other options for every taste. Shopping facilities for daily needs can also be found in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. The city center with the well-known shopping streets is also within walking distance. The city garden with its extensive meadows and old trees is right around the corner, as is the green belt not far away. Friesenplatz is a 5-minute walk. From there, subways (lines 3, 4, 5, 12, 15) go to all major destinations in Cologne. Also within a 5-minute walk is the regional train station Cologne West with regional connections towards Bonn/Koblenz, Düsseldorf etc. (Next stop: Friesenplatz) I look forward to your visit, just write me a request and I will answer it as soon as possible :) Guest access You will have the full apartment for yourself. Please note that there is no parking available and it is very difficult to find a parking space in the area due to the central location. We recommend not to arrive by car or leave it at a park & ride on the outskirts of the city. Other things to note City tax: since 07/01/2024, the city of Cologne has levied a cultural promotion levy (bed tax) of 5% of the rent on all stays – this is automatically added to the rental price. House Rules: There is no smoking throughout the building. Out of respect for the neighbors, parties and noise are forbidden. The reception of third parties in the apartment is also only permitted with our permission. We ask our guests to provide the full names of the fellow travelers when booking and reserve the right to randomly check the identity of those present in the house. Commercial use of the apartment is prohibited and will be punished in the event of an infringement. We reserve the right to exercise our house rules in the event of violations of these rules.
