The space Completely Remodeled Patio Home in Crown Colony Subdivision in Angelina County. Close to Hole In One Café, Ralph & Kacoo's, Walmart Supercenter, Woodland Heights Medical Center, Kiwanis Park, Rumors Bar, and more. There is one bedroom, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and one full bathroom in this 1500-square-foot home. Bedroom - King bed, 43 in. TV Full bath and toilet washer/dryer Private room with separate entrance Casita with one bedroom - King sized bed A car garage The house can accommodate up to 3 people. There is silverware, dishes, stoves, and an oven. We also include towels and sheets. After each guest's departure, professional cleaners disinfect the entire property. Guest access There is a small private room inside the property but has it's own private entrance. The owner or another guest may be staying there and won't be bothering you during your stay. You will be sharing the driveway and the car garage with them. Other things to note NO Pets allowed. The owner has allergies to animals, particularly those with fur. QUITE HOURS are 10PM TO 8AM. NO SMOKING INSIDE. No smoking indoors policy. Smoking inside will result in a $200.00 per day fine. No more than 4 people inside the property. Over occupying the home will result in fines and/or loss of booking. Loud and large parties are strictly prohibited. Any violation can result in a fine of $5,000 and loss of booking. Early and late check in/out depends on flexibility. If available and accommodated, additional fees may apply. Unauthorized late checkout fee would cost $250 or more, depending on the number of minutes consumed. $100 in addition to the standard cleaning fee if the house is found in poor condition and extra cleaning effort is required. Any violations of these house rules may lead to eviction without a refund and/or a fine. Any missing items (such as towels, kitchen tools, etc), and damages and house rule violations (smoking, party, unregistered guests, etc) will be deducted from your security deposit which is from $500 above depending on the severity of the reported issues after your stay.
