This home is located on 3 acres right on the edge of High Point. It’s less than 2 miles from downtown, shopping, restaurants, and bars. Built in the 60s and updated less than 3 years ago to make it open concept the house still retains its old world charm. The formal foyer opens into the middle of the home. This bedroom is located off of the courtyard and has direct access. On the back of the house are the remaining 2 bedrooms. One has a queen bed and the other has a full bed. They share a hall bath with a single sink and bath tub. This area also has a washer and dryer. There is a second floor with door/lock as well as a mother-in-law suite that is not available to renters.
