The villa is surrounded by a large garden and a terrace, equipped with dining table and sun loungers, the perfect place to enjoy a breakfast or an aperitif at sunset with a view of the islands Egadi and Erice. The house, tastefully furnished and recently renovated, opens onto the living area, featuring a comfortable double sofa bed, a television, a dining table and a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave and toaster. The sleeping area boasts one bedroom with a queen-size bed and the second one with two single beds. A bathroom with a shower completes the layout. Guests will have at their disposal amenities such as washing machine, wi-fi connection, mosquito nets throughout the house, air conditioning, heating with heat pump, outdoor shower and charging column for electric cars.
