There is private parking available right outside of the unit in the driveway. Please make sure to park on the right side of the driveway, not blocking the gate. There is street parking available for this unit always available within 1 block. The backyard is a shared space with the upstairs tenants. Guests will receive a keypad code closer to check in time. Other things to note This unit comes with driveway parking. We are located next to a business that also uses the driveway. It is very important that guests park to the right in the driveway and keep the gate of the restaurant clear for their deliveries. Don't miss their Friday Fish fry's! The heating and cooling system are 2 wall units located in the living room and bedroom. Guests are able to adjust the temperatures as desired. This is a first floor unit of a duplex. The upper unit is also an Airbnb. There is a small staircase outside to enter the building. There is a washer and dryer located in the unit, 2 Roku smart TVs and high speed internet.
