The space Our space is loaded with artful personality. Discover bespoke architectural design and unique finishes throughout the property including rolling arched cathedral ceilings, and a towering 15 foot limestone fireplace. We are vintage furniture collectors and have furnished the space with tasteful antiques and unique vintage collectibles. Notice natural design elements in the kitchen with natural black slate floors, raw limestone counters, with a skipping stone backsplash. *Take advantage of the 6-burner professional range gas stovetop* with dual convection oven and plate warmer to prepare meals as if you were in a five-star restaurant. This space is perfect for hosting elaborate dinner parties and brunches. Immerse yourself in nature with sweeping windows that flood every room in the house with natural light and unobstructed views of the lush vegetation in the Greenbelt. Experience the tranquility of the forest from the ipe-walnut wood Japanese inspired *screened in porch* or on the expansive back deck shaded by towering trees–an idyllic spot for outdoor eating and entertaining. Cool off in the infinity style pool overlooking the serene Greenbelt. Take advantage of this multilevel outdoor area, built to feel like you're swimming in a natural spring. Listen to the birds from a stunning 8ft deep natural limestone grotto pool with spa and soothing waterfall feature. The Neighborhood: The home is located in a peaceful residential neighborhood just minutes away from Austin's best natural features as well as the heart of downtown. Explore Zilker Park and Barton Springs right down the road. Our home is 1 mile away from Zilker Park, Barton Springs, and the Town Lake hike and bike trail. Take a dip and to some people watching at the Barton Springs natural Pool, or rent a kayak and paddle down the pristine Barton Creek all the way into the Colorado river for sweeping city views. Help yourself to one of our volley balls, frisbees, or the spike ball net and walk over to Zilker park for a picnic and games. Guest access You'll have the entire house and outdoor space. *The 2 car garage will not be available* but there is a very large driveway and on street parking if needed. Other things to note Visitors beware: Please stay within the confines of the house and pool area. Our pool area is situated on a steep hillside. Do not venture past the fenced property line. We are located along the Greenbelt. The Greenbelt serves as a much needed refuge for many of Austins beloved wild animals. Please respect them.
