A queen bedroom suited for working is situated on the first floor with its own bathroom. The second floor has a living room, kitchen, dining, half bathroom & balcony. The living room sofa is convertible to a sofa bed and sleeps two. The third floor has two rooms. The primary bedroom and another room with two single beds Guest access You have access to the whole house except a closet in the primary bedroom used as a utility room by the host. There is another walk-in closet in the primary bedroom suitable for use by guests. Other things to note EARLY CHECK-INS -Earlier check-ins are subject to availability. Depending on the time requested, there might be additional charges. Please contact the host for all check-in requests. CHECK OUTS -Please follow the check out rules. -Late checkout without approval will result in a $60 fine every 30 minutes. -Late checkout after 1pm results in the guest being automatically charged the full day rate and guests will not be able to stay the night. CLEANLINESS -Extra charges apply if the property is left extremely dirty or messy. -Do not put food waste in the recycle trash.
