Welcome to our cozy and stylish 2 to 3 bedroom basement apartment! Nestled in a quiet and charming neighborhood, our space offers a comfortable retreat for your stay in Cornwall. Our apartment provides all the amenities you need for a memorable and relaxing stay. Note that we are expecting a baby in March 2026 and we live upstairs. You may hear the baby’s cries. About the space: Parking spaces, 2 bedrooms with queen size beds and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (at an extra fee). The space The 3rd bedroom with the 2 single beds comes at an extra charge. ($30/night). If you are booking for 5-6 people, this charge will automatically apply. If you are booking for 3-4 people and want all 3 bedrooms, please communicate with us prior or upon booking. For any other inquiries, feel free to send us a message! We are usually quick to respond. Guest access The apartment will be accessed through the side door. Once you walk in go down the stairs straight ahead is room number 1 and turn to the left down the hall and on the right will be room number 2 and the left is room number 3. Other things to note Late checkout: Guests can request a late check-out at any time and we will try to accommodate the best we can. If not previously discussed with the hosts, guests who leave later than 11:00am will be charged a late checkout fee. Basketball net game: Both players get 30 seconds to score as many baskets as they can. (The first 20 seconds are worth 2 points and the last 10 seconds are worth 3 points). If a player reaches 30 points before the end of the timer, they will receive an additional 10 seconds where baskets continue to be worth 3 points. If a player reaches 60 points by the end of the additional 10 seconds, they will receive another additional 10 seconds. There are then no more thresholds for additional time. Highest score to date is 121.
