Check-in is completed online, and a refundable damage deposit ranging from $300 to $500 is required. This deposit will be returned 2 to 5 business days after check-out, provided there is no damage to the property. Alternatively, you can opt for a non-refundable damage waiver, which ranges from $50 to $80 USD. At the front desk in the lobby, building personnel will give you the keys and if you need additional towels, feel free to request them at the front desk. To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.
