The space Just 1 hour from Montpellier, on our property in the Prades-à-Dio-et-Valquières estate in the municipality of Lunas-Les-Châteaux, we invite you to rent our gîte, Le Moulin de Prades, which was completely renovated in 2022 and rated 4* in September 2023 in the “Meublé de Tourisme” (furnished tourist accommodation) category. Spacious (300 m²/3,229 sq. ft.), the house is rented in its entirety over 3 levels with 4 large bedrooms, a large living room/kitchen of 120 m². All bedrooms, as well as the living room, sitting room, and kitchen, have reversible air conditioning. 3 bedrooms have a private bathroom and toilet. The cottage has Wi-Fi access and a Netflix subscription. The view is breathtaking of the Orb Mountains and the horses of our stud farm. The cottage is fully equipped and you will find everything you need for a peaceful stay. We live on a 16th century farm 400 meters from your vacation home. Guest access The Domaine de Prades is located in the municipality of Dio-et-Valquières (34650). Via the A75 highway, exit 55 towards Lac du Salagou, Octon, Mérifons, Bédarieux.
