One bedroom is a large room with a superking bed and views over Rhossili downs, the second bedroom has a king size bed and is located downstairs. Downstairs • Fully fitted kitchen with seating area and table, double electric oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, washer / dryer and dishwasher. Fully equipped with everything from bottle opener to saucepans. • The large spacious L shaped Lounge and dining room hosts a generous rustic dining table large enough to seat 12 people comfortably. The Lounge has a fabulous log burning stove, TV and a stereo player, with comfortable sofas and armchairs. Large patio window/door leading to side garden, and access to the conservatory. • Conservatory a large bright room overlooking the sunken bottom lawn and garden, has comfortable seating with double doors leading out to the garden. • Bathroom 1 has a shower, toilet and wash hand basin. There are several lawned areas and a secluded sunken garden area for those wanting peace and quiet. There is parking for two cars on shared the drive.
