Located in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley, it’s just a short drive to vineyards, Natural Chimneys, and Massanutten Resort. JMU, EMU, Bridgewater College and Mary Baldwin are all nearby. Also Massanutten Resort, Natural Chimneys and Shenandoah National Park within 30 miles! The space This well lit 4200 sq ft farmhouse has large rooms with 11 ft ceilings and tall windows. Original woodwork and floors remain throughout the home- no carpet, some throw rugs. There is a King Master Suite on the first floor and 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths on the second floor- 2 Kings and 1 Queen. Enjoy sunrises over the Blue Ridge and sunsets over the Allegheny range from the front porch and back patio. Guest access The entire home is yours to enjoy with the exception of the unfinished attic and cellar. Other things to note This property is definitely in the country and very much a part of a farm. The cattle will remain on their side of the fences and we trust you will do the same! There could be wildlife sightings as it is a rural setting. We do our best to keep stinging insects and other other critters at bay.
