Welcome to our wonderful brand new villa, a family haven that redefines spacious living in Bali. Perfectly designed to accommodate families or couple, the villa promises a blend of comfort, convenience, and ample space for you, your families, and friends to relax and unwind together. The space We offer you a quiet private house with its own privacy in the local neighbourhood area. > The Living area is equipped with a 42" Android TV, Air Conditioning, and 3-Seater Sofa. > Our Kitchen area is fully equipped with everything you may need, and the 2.5m dining table area provides the perfect space for family and friends gathering. > The two Bedrooms are furnished with King-sized Beds, Air Conditioning, Wardrobe area, and full sliding glass window door that opens on to the garden overlooking the pool, along with 100% blackout curtains. > Each bedroom also features an En-Suite Bathroom equipped with clean towels, hairdryer, hot water shower and amenities such as shampoo, body wash, toothbrush. > Each house is equipped with Fiber Optic Wi-Fi up to 100 Mbps. > For your comfort, CCTVs available in the general parking areas. You can safely park your vehicle in our parking space. > Cleaning service is included in your stay with a regular cleaning schedule everyday (Mon-Sat), except Sunday, between 11am - 2pm. Fresh linen and towels will provided every 3 days. Note: - For long-term stays, if you book for 1-7 days, electricity is included in the rental cost. However, starting from the 8th day of your stay, electricity will not be included and will be billed separately. - To maximise your space and stay experience, we do not offer extra beds options. During your stay: All the rooms and living area are non-smoking area. Smoking is allowed only on outdoor area, we will provide you an ashtray :) If you do, please do keep an eye at the cigarette ashes carefully to avoid any risk of fire. Being in a paradise tropical island, while we have yet encounter any, please be aware that there maybe small reptiles aside from the insects and other small animals living outside around the villa. Lastly, power outages and Wi-Fi connection may be affected during the raining or windy season. Guest access Guests have access to a shared parking area and the entire house, except for the staff room. Other things to note During the Check-in: - You will be welcome by myself or available staff. For any late Check-in request, please do let us know at least 24 hours before your arrival. - All guests will be required to present a valid identification document as per Indonesian authorities requirement. - You will be given 1 set of keys to the house on your arrival. During your Check-out: - Please leave the kitchen and dishes clean before you leave the house. - Myself or available staff will collect the keys to ensure a smooth Check-out process.
