This spacious holiday home offers a larg living room with access to the terrace with dining area, sun loungers, a sun awning for sun protection and a modern independent kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher and all the appliances that might be useful during your stay and a work area with a desk in one of the bedrooms. Our guests can take advantage of the free and fast fibre optic Wi-Fi connection as well as the washing machine in a small laundry room. For maximum comfort, a private underground parking space is also included. Excellent for sports lovers: guests can leave their sports equipment on the second terrace, private and enclosed, with direct access from the street. As usual in our proposals, bed linen and towels , beach towels, hairdryer and an ironing kit are available and included. Due to the proximity of this residential complex to Tenerife Sur airport, noise disturbances may occasionally occur. The base price is for four guests.
