This small self contained suite exists within a strikingly beautiful home with many recent renovations. The home is located a short walk from Mt Allison University and downtown. Your space has a new private bathroom and new large windows. The suite can sleep 4 as the couch pulls out. It is ideal for family with play space in the foyer and a mini kitchen with microwave and fridge. Your space is private but you're welcome to enjoy the public spaces in the home and deck, patio . The space Your private spaces are located on the lower level of a home and they include a foyer, living area with work space, lounge area, a kitchen kiosk with fridge and microwave, spacious bedroom with queen bed and a new three piece bathroom. The couch in the lounge area pulls out to sleep two as well. There is a walk-in closet in the bedroom and artwork includes unique photos of Maritime beaches. These spaces are washed by light from the large windows with stepped back window wells planted to nasturtiums. The home is very private with many trees and planted gardens which you are free to explore or enjoy from the large deck and patio. The space is ideal for young families as there is plenty of play space in the main suite area as well as in the foyer to the suite as well as the outdoor spaces which are extensive, private and safe for children. The main floor of the house offers public spaces which you are welcome to enjoy including a dining area, a library and a kitchen which can be used by arrangement. Laundry facilities are also available by arrangement. Parking is free onsite. Guest access You have a lockable suite on the lower level as well as access to the main floor public areas and all of the outdoor facilities including a deck, patio , lawns and several fruit/floor and vegetable gardens. The main floor kitchen and laundry are available by arrangement. During your stay I love to make myself available for help and conversation as guests wish, taking my cue always from them how much connection they want. I am always available by text. Although the check-in process is designed for independant use, I like to be available to welcome you when you arrive as much as I can. Other things to note This property is a demonstration site for permaculture design practises and also hosts the studio of a sculptor/ceramic artist. Sackville is a very special small town with big town amenities such as the Waterfowl Park renown for it's beauty and many kilometers of pathways.
