Four spacious double bedrooms, large elevated patio overlooking a full tennis court (with two pickleball courts) and small pool. Quiet location at the end of a small lane. Remote setting, but just a short drive away from shops and supermarkets The space The house has a large open plan kitchen and dining room, with two adjoining living areas. Upstairs there are four spacious and newly-furnished bedrooms, two with queen size beds, one double, and one room with two singles which can be joined to make a fourth double, There is also a double sofabed in the lower living room. One of the bedrooms has a door leading onto the large terrace overlooking the pool. The evening sun makes this a perfect setting for cocktails. There are three bathrooms with showers, two upstairs off the central hallway, and one downstairs off the lower living room. Beside the pool is a gazebo for outside dining, with table and chairs for 10 people. Sun loungers are provided at the pool for all guests. There is an outside shower room/toilet as well as a fridge and portable bbq near the pool. In the covered games area there is a table tennis table, table football, rowing machine/exercise bike and other fitness equipment. The tennis/pickleball court is on the hill above the pool and is available for guests. Rackets and balls are provided. There is a garage space for one car and further parking for four more cars An additional double bedroom with bathroom accessible from the terrace may be available to rent on request Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the whole house and outdoor area including the pool. The tennis court is shared with the owners who live next door. Guests have priority for using the court. Other things to note Please note: The pool is open - there is no fence/gate around the pool. There is a wooden fence around the upstairs terrace but families with small children will need to pay attention as it is not fully enclosed. The garden is open to the road. The house is at the end of the lane so there is no passing traffic apart from to the next door property (where we live) If you wish to bring a larger group it may be possible to rent the additional double bedroom and bathroom in the annexe.
