Guest access Guests have access to entire home accept unfinished basement area and shed. Other things to note We will provide a bundle of wood but please be sure to burn responsibly. WINTER STAYS - Please note this home is located on a small ridge. Driveway is plowed and sanded when necessary but AWD or 4 wheel drive is recommended during winter stays. PLEASE ALSO NOTE- If you have a trailer with ATVs, please contact us before arrival for instructions on where it is best to park. PLEASE NOTE WE ARE NOT LAKEFRONT PROPERTY: We are close to a lot of lakes but do not have direct lakefront access from our property. The beautiful beach dunes are located on Lake Michigan approximately 15 minutes west on US2 and there are two cute parks downtown St. Ignace on Lake Huron perfect for picnics and watching the boats and ferries:)
