The space This spacious air conditioned home is overlooking the 18th green of Woodlands Golf Course. The living room features comfortable furnishings, flat screen TV, and panoramic views, as well as an attached wet bar. The open kitchen is great for entertaining with features like double ovens, gas cooktop, and ample counter space. The dining room is off the kitchen and has seating for 8. Adjacent to the kitchen is the family room with TV and access to the hot tub and patio. The king ensuite bedroom is located downstairs with a 4 poster bed and walk in closet. The attached bathroom has double sinks, jetted soaking tub, and shower. Please note: the fireplace in this bedroom is non-functioning. Upstairs there are three queen bedrooms. The second queen bedroom has an attached jack-n-jill bathroom with standing shower, and the third is a queen ensuite with full bathroom and tub. Located a short distance to Woodlands golf course clubhouse with a view of the golf course, providing a unique setting while the back deck with BBQ and patio furniture makes a great space for dining al fresco.
