The space This property is a 2 story home with living space, kitchen and bathroom on the first floor and 2 bedrooms on the second floor. The first bedroom has a queen size bed and a twin size day bed. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with a futon that pulls out into a single sized bed. The backyard features a porch with an outdoor dining area. Off the porch is a cozy patio with fire pit and seating. Additionally, the back yard features a barrel sauna and corn hole that is available for guests to use. * Parking for vehicles, trailers & snowmobiles on the property* Around the property: - 2 minute walk to the Thunder Bay Inn and Restaurant. - 2 minute minute walk, ski or snowshoe to the Big Bay Pathway backcountry ski and snowshoe trailhead located at Draver Park. - 5 minute drive to the Powell Township Recreation Area, this serves as the trail head for the NTN Powell hiking, biking, and running trails. - 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive to Perkins Park & Campground.
