Modern bungalow near downtown

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. The space Welcome to my home! If you're looking for the perfect escape after a long day, this is the place. Centrally located on the east side of downtown Indy's fountain square neighborhood, it's just minutes from all the action within being in all the action. It's also easily accessible to all of the surrounding hospitals. This is my home, so I hope you enjoy it as much as I do and thank you for choosing to be my guest! Note some of the furniture in the home has changed recently so please read the descriptions of the room layouts. Thanks! Guest access The house is fully furnished and has a fully equipped kitchen with modern finishes and appliances. The house was renovated in 2019. The backyard is completely fenced in and has a lovely patio with some green space for relaxing in the warmer months. There is a washer and dryer in unit. As well as strong wifi for any WFH or streaming your favorite shows. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms available within the home. Room #1 has a queen-sized bed, dresser, tv, desk, nightstand and walk-in closet. Room #2 has a full-sized futon bed, desk and nightstand. (This room is set as an office unless requested otherwise.) Room #3 is the primary bedroom. It has a queen-sized bed, two nightstands, a clothing rack, tv, and private bath. (The closet is not available in this room.) Rooms #1 & #2 share the front bathroom. There are toiletries and additional towels available under the sink. Room #3 has a private bathroom with soaking tub. There is plenty of counter space as well as a roller cart on the right side of the sinks for additional storage. The living room couch is NOT for sleeping or additional guests. If you need an additional sleeping area, please let me know in advance. I do have an air mattress. There is a coat closet across from the laundry room. This is where you will find additional hanging and shoe storage space.
