Beautiful country home in Farnham

FEMALES ONLY PLEASE due to shared spaces. Large bedroom with adjoining ensuite bathroom available with king sized bed in beautiful home. All bills & cleaner included plus parking on large driveway. There is a hot tub running during summer months (usually May to Sept). Longer stays also available. Farnham town and station are a 5 minute drive. Lovely pub (Spotted Cow) is walkable and there is a local shop/post office down the road. Near to local beauty spots such as Frensham Pond, Devil’s Punchbowl. Very popular with guests doing courses at Waverley Abbey which is a 5 minute drive away. Easy access to local wedding venues such as Bury Court, Millbridge Court, Farnham Castle, Frensham Hall, Northbrook Farm. Great location for actors/extras on many local film locations such as Bourne Woods, Frensham Pond etc. Host can assist with lifts if guests don't have a car. Guest access Sole use of bedroom and private en suite. Guests also have access to the open plan kitchen and large family room as well as the beautiful garden. Please note no food is included but you are welcome to use the kitchen and store food in fridge. The family room has a 65” Smart TV with Sky, Netflix etc. for use by guests. Outside there is a large patio and decking along with a hot tub which is great for relaxing in the summer. During your stay Host lives in the property so is on hand for any queries/assistance and to ensure you have a lovely stay. Other things to note 2 very friendly dogs live at the property. Please do not book if you are not keen on dogs or have any allergies. Open to long stays if required. We have had several guests staying with us who have sold their properties and then Airbnb while looking for a new property so as to be in a cash position and avoid chain breakdowns.
