We are a 3rd floor beachfront/ocean condo with a spectacular view on beautiful Hutchinson Island in Stuart, Fl in the Marriott Resort! We are members of the Marriott Ocean Club so our guests can enjoy the Marriott Resort amenities! For a $300 one time fee paid directly to the Marriott Golf Pro Shop our guests (up to 4 staying in our condo) can access reduced fees for private golf, tennis and pickleball, all resort pools, tiki bar by the beach, 24/7 fitness center, resort shuttle. The space We are a 1 bed 1 bath condo-beachfront with a fabulous balcony facing the ocean-close enough to hear the waves! The master has a new comfortable king bed with an adjustable frame to raise the bed to read or watch tv, the living room has a new queen sleeper, the kitchen is a full kitchen with all ss appliances, new granite and fully equipped with silverware, pans, cooking essentials. We also provide beach chairs, towels, umbrella for use on our private beach for a complete beach vacation! Guest access Full condo access, private balcony, shared pool for our building residents and guests. If the Marriott Ocean Pass is purchased guests can access all the resort amenities as well!
